Showing 1 - 2 of 2 products
An extra-long technical tapered leader designed for whisper-quiet presentations and micro-drag-free drifts on spooky trout and grayling.
-
Extended Stealth Taper: 13.5-foot length keeps your heavy fly line far away from spooky fish.
-
Eliminates Micro-Drag: Long supple front taper absorbs water surface currents for natural, extended dry fly drifts.
-
Ultra-Delicate Turnover: Gently deposits delicate dry flies and tiny nymphs on flat water without creating ripples.
-
High Elasticity: Supple nylon dampens sudden takes on fine tippets, reducing snap-offs.
When fishing slow-flowing spring creeks, chalk streams, or mirror-flat lakes, standard leaders are often too short. The splash of a fly line landing nearby will send wary fish into hiding. The J:son Spring Creek Leader measures a full 13.5 feet, allowing you to present small dry flies and midges with surgical precision.
