These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on jsonsweden.com, operated by Kami Flyfishing AB (Org.nr: 559519-5875). By placing an order online, a binding purchase agreement is entered into once your payment has been approved.

1. Prices & VAT

Price Display: Prices are displayed including or excluding Swedish VAT through a selection at the top of the page.
EU Consumer Sales (B2C): Sales to private consumers within the European Union are subject to applicable EU VAT rates (Swedish VAT or local destination VAT depending on shipping destination and regulations).
EU Business Sales (B2B): Registered businesses outside Sweden but within the EU will not be charged Swedish VAT upon providing a valid VAT number during checkout. Deliveries are made strictly to the company’s officially registered address.
Price Reservation: All offers are valid while supplies last. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to significant fluctuations in exchange rates, supplier cost increases, or government changes.

2. Payment

All payments are processed securely through our partners:

Shopify Payments: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), mobile wallets (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and local payment methods.
Klarna: Customers in eligible regions (such as Sweden and Finland) can select invoice payment with 14 days credit through Klarna.

3. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (14 Days)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directives and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, private consumers within the EU/EEA have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal Period: The 14-day period begins on the day you (or a designated third party) physically receive the goods.
Inspection: You have the right to unpack and inspect the goods carefully to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Return Authorization: Before returning any item, please contact our customer support at info@jsonsweden.com with your Order Number and the items you wish to return. Please ensure your Order Number is clearly included inside or on the package so we can identify your order and process your refund promptly upon arrival.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the items are packaged safely during transit.
Refunds: Once the returned goods are received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued without undue delay using the same payment method as the original transaction.

4. Warranty & Complaints

1-Year Commercial Warranty: We provide a 1-year commercial warranty on wing burners/burners and fly tying tools, valid from the date of delivery.
Exclusions: Finished flies and other consumables (such as wing material, hooks, thread, feathers, and synthetic materials) are not covered under the commercial warranty.
Statutory Complaints Right (3 Years): Private consumers within the EU always have a 3-year statutory right to claim for manufacturing defects or initial product faults under consumer protection law. Complaints must be notified within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
Defective Goods: If an item is defective or an incorrect item was delivered, please contact info@jsonsweden.com. Kami Flyfishing AB covers all reasonable shipping costs for approved warranty or statutory claims. We comply with the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

5. Product Information & Disclaimers

We reserve the right for potential printing errors, incorrect product specifications, and stock discrepancies on the website. Pictures of flies and materials serve as illustrations and may not always reflect the exact product appearance or color nuance.

6. Privacy Policy (GDPR) & Cookies

Personal Data: When you register or place an order, you agree that Kami Flyfishing AB stores and uses your information strictly to fulfill our commitments and provide support. We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. We do not disclose personal information to unauthorized third parties. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support.
Cookies: We use cookies to ensure proper website functionality, manage your shopping cart, and optimize user experience and marketing.

7. Minors

We do not enter into contracts with minors (persons under 18 years of age) without explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

8. Applicable Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute with a private consumer, we strive to reach an amicable solution. Consumers within Sweden/EU have the right to submit disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at www.arn.se or via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).

9. Force Majeure

Kami Flyfishing AB is exempt from fulfilling its obligations in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including war, natural disasters, strikes, fire, flood, sabotage, or government regulations.
