US Important Notice: Temporary Limitation on US Shipments

We are writing to inform you of a temporary limitation affecting our deliveries to the United States.

Reason for Limitation

Due to recently implemented US customs regulations, the advance payment of duties, taxes, and fees is now mandatory. These required charges currently amount to more than $40 USD per shipment, regardless of the order value.

Temporary Action

In response to these new requirements, we have temporarily limited our ability to process and ship standard individual orders to the USA.

Moving Forward

We are actively working to resolve this issue. We are currently exploring and negotiating with new logistics partners (consolidators) to establish a viable and cost-effective Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service. This service would allow us to handle all duties and taxes, ensuring a smoother delivery process for you. We value your business and hope to resume normal service to the USA as quickly as possible.
