When ordering over the internet, a purchase agreement is entered into when your payment is approved.

Prices

Prices are displayed including or excluding Swedish VAT based on your selection at the top of the page. Sales to consumers within the European Union are subject to Swedish VAT. All offers are valid while supplies last. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to fluctuations in exchange rates or supplier costs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Available shipping options and final costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment

We accept payments via major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), mobile wallets (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Klarna, and local payment methods such as Bancontact and BLIK. Kami Flyfishing AB securely processes all transactions through Shopify Payments and Klarna.

Deliveries

Fly tying systems and standard products are normally available for immediate dispatch. If high demand causes a temporary stockout, items will be dispatched as soon as they are back in stock. Orders are processed once payment is authorized by the card provider, Klarna, or selected payment service.

Customs & Taxes (Non-EU Orders)

For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for paying local customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

B2B / Wholesale within EU: Registered businesses outside Sweden but within the EU will not be charged Swedish VAT upon providing a valid VAT number. Deliveries are made strictly to the company's registered address.

Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Regulations and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, consumer customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

• The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order.

• You have the right to unpack and inspect the goods to ascertain their nature and functionality.

• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at info@jsonsweden.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be returned safely in its original packaging. The customer pays for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method without undue delay once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Warranty & Complaints (Reklamation)

• Commercial Warranty: We provide a 1-year commercial warranty on electronic devices and heating tools (such as electrical wing burners/burners), valid from the date of delivery.

• Consumables & Materials Exclusions: Natural wear and tear, or items that are consumed, shaped, glued, cut, or altered through normal use (including fly tying materials, wing sheets, hooks, thread, feathers, synthetic materials, and finished flies) are not covered by the commercial warranty.

• Statutory Complaints Right: Private consumers in Sweden/EU always have a 3-year statutory right to claim for manufacturing defects or initial product faults under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen). Claims must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery (notice given within 2 months of discovering the defect is always considered timely).

If an item is defective or incorrect upon delivery, please contact our support at info@jsonsweden.com. We cover all reasonable shipping costs for approved warranty or statutory claims. Kami Flyfishing AB complies with the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Damage in Transit

Visible shipping damage must be reported immediately upon receipt to the carrier or our customer support at info@jsonsweden.com. Concealed damage must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after discovery.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed or refused packages will be charged a fee of SEK 395 (incl. VAT) to cover round-trip shipping and administrative handling costs. Custom or special-ordered products will be charged in full.

Disclaimer & Product Information

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, incorrect product details, or price changes. Product photos are illustrative and actual colors or appearance may vary slightly.

Kami Flyfishing AB processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When you place an order, you consent to us storing and using your information strictly to process your purchase and deliver customer support. We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support.

Minors

We do not enter into contracts with minors (under 18 years of age) without explicit parental consent.

Applicable Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute with a private consumer, we strive to reach an amicable solution. Consumers within Sweden/EU have the right to submit disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, www.arn.se) or via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).

Force Majeure

Kami Flyfishing AB is exempt from fulfilling its obligations in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including war, natural disasters, transportation strikes, fire, or government intervention.
