When ordering over the internet meet purchase agreement when your payment is approved.
Prices
Prices are shown both including and excluding Swedish VAT through a selection at the top of the page. We are anyway follow the current VAT rules on the sale. For consumers in the EU are always charged Swedish VAT. All offers are valid while supplies are in stock. We reserve the right to change prices due to changes in exchange rates.
Shipping Costs
We charge shipping fees along the cost we have. The cost varies with how much you buy and where the goods will be delivered. Customers can choose the shipping method you prefer.

Payment

Deliveries

Customs charges and VAT.
For orders to countries outside the EU, the consignee must pay local customs and sales tax (VAT). For sales to individuals in the EU are we charging currently Swedish VAT.
Retailers and wholesalers, outside Sweden but within EU, must provide their valid VAT number and will not be charged Swedish VAT. We only deliver to the address where the company is registered.
Right of withdrawal
Individuals always have 14 days statutory right of cancellation of your purchase made with jsonsweden.com. This means that you have a total of 14 days right of all our products and may return them within 14 days of shipment of the goods and get back the amount that is paid. The item must be in the same state, ie it must not be used but can be unpacked and inspected carefully. The merchandise must be returned in original packaging and arrive to us undamaged. Warranty

Return Warranty handling
In return, our support, support@jsonsweden.com, has to be contacted to obtain a return number. The customer is responsible for the goods come to us as it is. Therefore, make sure the goods are packaged well, preferably in original packing or equivalent. The customer pays for return shipping.
The return is not approved until we checked the item. The approved return repaid the sum in the same manner as the payment made, the payment made by credit card joint account credited. Unclaimed packets
Ordered but not triggered packages are charged at full shipping and return shipping plus SEK 395 including VAT for our costs. Special Ordered products will be charged full value, as well as shipping and return shipping.
Reservation

Pictures of flies and materials can be illustrations, and is not always an exact product's appearance or color. We reserve the right to raise or lower our prices. Disputes
Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Stockholms Handelskammares Skiljedomsinstitut (Institutet) in Sweden. The arbitration shall take place in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Force Majeure
Force majeure shall mean an unforeseen event that the parties can not possibly change or control, which prevents the contractor - in this case J: son of Sweden AB - to fulfill their obligations to the customer. Examples of such events include war, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, theft, fire, flood, and sabotage.
